My focus is to generate bottom line profit $$$ for your company.
Four decades in business has given me a genuine appetite for helping small-medium businesses to succeed.
You might be great at building / making / growing / providing your specialty product or service – but that doesn’t guarantee business success. Not everyone can excel at their craft and grow a potential business.

Personal side
I’m a down to earth person with sound core values.
I’m a family man. I live between Wellington and Taupo with my wife of 48 Years, Lauren. We have two beautiful daughters and four amazing grandchildren.
I was proud to be nominated for President of the Shandon Golf Club in 2010 and enjoyed four years in the role. I am now a Shandon Golf life member, and currently a Wellington Golf Selector.
I do normal stuff in my spare time. I jog, swim, play tennis and golf. I think a lot about what causes good businesses to stagnate … and how I might help them to succeed. My biggest buzz comes from sharing my knowledge and insight to help small companies grow into successful, profitable businesses.

NEW ZEALAND • AUSTRALIA
CARDPLUS FUELCARD NEW ZEALAND
In 2008 I established a fuelcard business here in New Zealand, and within 7 years it had achieved an annual turnover of $50M+. From there I sold the business to Z Energy in 2015.
CARDPLUS SPARK NEW ZEALAND
While running the successful Cardplus fuelcard business in New Zealand, I expanded the business after talking with Spark NZ about some added benefits for our current fuelcard customers. This successful operation was eventually sold to Spark NZ.
CARDPLUS FUELCARD AUSTRALIA
While running the two other NZ based businesses, I set up the exact same Fuelcard business but in Australia. Within 7 years we achieved an annual turnover of $40M+, the business was then sold to Viva Energy (Shell Australia) in 2018.
